Freeing up mailbox space

Occasionally your mailbox will fill up and you will receive a message saying your mailbox is full. To clear out some mail and free up space simply log into webmail and delete messages. Deleting messages through your mail program, and not using webmail, may not always free up space for you.

If you find that you are frequently running out of space please contact us and we can add space to your account.

By default all users under one domain name share 500 MB of space.

Checking spam

Our mail system attempts to filter out as much spam as it can without sending it on to you. However, occasionally, some wanted mail gets caught up in this and you end up not receiving the message. If this happens you can log on to your webmail and recover these messages. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Email icon (the first icon in the upper left that looks like an envelope)
  2. On the left click on the "Junk E-mail" folder
  3. Your junk mail will be listed. Find the message you want to recover and click the checkbox next to the message
  4. Go to the menu above and choose Mark -> Not Spam
  5. The message will then be released and sent on to your inbox. You can read it onilne in your inbox, or wait for it to arrive in your mail program. (NOTE: if this is an old message, and your email is sorted by date, you may have to scroll down to find it.)
